All For A Cause by Rashmi Gore

Features

ARTIST NOTES: Contemporary Women taking time out from their busy schedules running marathons or walks for a social cause like breast cancer or fundraising to support premature kids & their mothers thus bringing together people from various walks of life to do good for humanity. My painting depicts this Global phenomenon of not running for personal goals but for the benefit of society.I have shown 2 women chatting & laughing as they run which shows the positive feeling of not doing something alone but together thus strengthening the bonds of friendship & humanity. The bright Australian colours of Green & Gold depict the joy they derive for themselves & others in this process. I've used shades of grey for hair & skin beacuse this shows the strength of women which crosses all the barriers of skin colour, race & nationality.
